Gilberto Rojas is a driven individual. He started farming a number of years ago with the goal of becoming Colombia's best coffee farmer. The coffee world took notice of his effort when he finished in second place at the 2015 cup of excellence competition. His processing is immaculate, his drying is slow and careful and his varietals are unique. These three factors contribute to some very delicious coffee.
